  • Create a comprehensive social media strategy including all companies of the Techint Group to effectively leverage social media in achieving specific business outcomes.
  • Create content and manage editorial calendars to ensure continuous and optimized presence on social media platforms.
  • Provide support to internal teams and assist in developing key messages.
  • Drive company-wide social media efforts by acting as an advocate for integration of all social media initiatives across the company.
  • Educate business partners and leaders on how to integrate and align social media with their specific business outcomes.
  • Provide training for communications team and business partners on incorporating social media techniques into their work and into the corporate culture.
  • Manage online presence by tracking and listening to users, reading discussion forums, and coordinating with company experts and communications partners on appropriate responses.
  • Track on which social media channels are key stakeholders active for future social media strategy and suggestions.
  • Monitors and measures the impact of social media programs, company mentions in the press, specific events, etc.
  • Analyze, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Creates monthly reports to monitor social media channels performance.
  • Translate complex data into contextualized conclusions and reports and effectively communicate metrics and progress
  • Keep up to date with new and emerging social media channels and trends and share this with the communication team.

Skills and competences


  • 4/5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Thorough understanding of existing and emerging communications channels.
  • Bilingual in English.
  • Excellent writing/editing skills in both languages (Spanish and English) and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Excellent networking capabilities specially in multicultural environments. Respects, understands, and interacts with people of different nationalities/cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous and with drives for results.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with strong follow up capacity.
  • Capacity to coordinate several projects at the same time with excellent time management.
