Location: Shreveport, Louisiana
Seniority/Experience: 1-2 years
Degree: Industrial Engineer, Administration, Human Resources or related

Language: English – advanced, Spanish- intermediate (desirable)

Experience:

Demonstrated understanding of HR practices and terminology, with ability to clearly communicate policies and procedures to customers.

Specific knowledge:

Proficient in use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software applications.

Main responsibilities:

• To support the management of the HR processes, assuring personnel to enjoy opportunities of the benefits defined by the policy of Human Resources in TERNIUM.
• In coordination with the management, to assure that all the HR processes are developed indeed to guarantee that the geographic organization (in Shreveport) to her position counts on the policies, procedures, tools and services of Human Resources that they support to the heads in the management of his human capital; in order to count on personnel highly motivated, to optimize the labor costs and to reach the organizational objectives.
